Support requests
Capture and organise requests for help.
DGi Community Assist is a social-impact initiative from DGi Smart Limited, developing accessible digital tools for charities and community organisations working to reduce digital exclusion.

Five interface concepts showing how organisations could manage requests, volunteers, appointments and outcomes.

Limited digital skills, unsuitable equipment, accessibility barriers and unfamiliar online processes can prevent people from accessing important services. Community organisations often coordinate support with limited resources and fragmented records.
Community Assist is being developed to help participating organisations organise practical assistance. It is not yet an operational service for individual beneficiaries.
