Digital inclusion
Understanding the practical barriers to using essential digital services.

What digital exclusion means
Digital exclusion can involve lack of internet access, devices, confidence, digital skills or accessible services. These barriers may overlap and affect the ability to complete important tasks online.
Community organisations may provide guidance, device access, skills sessions, appointment support and help navigating services. The form of assistance should be determined by the organisation and the person being supported.
